MANSFIELD, OH – Ready, set… clean! Emuna Cleaning invites you to lace up your sneakers, gather your friends, and join the Annual Trash Dash – a fast-paced, fun-filled community cleanup event hitting the streets of downtown Mansfield on Sunday, June 29th at 3 PM in Central Park.

Part trash pickup, part treasure hunt, part team challenge — this is not your average community service event. It’s a race against time, litter, and other teams to see who can collect the most trash in just one hour. Whether you come with a full squad of five or fly solo and get teamed up, you’ll leave feeling good, doing good, and maybe even winning a prize.

💥 Why It Matters

Did you know that Ohio generates over 12 million tons of waste every year? And while Mansfield has made strides in beautification and sustainability, litter remains a persistent issue—impacting our environment, our economy, and our community pride. Events like the Trash Dash don’t just clean up streets—they inspire a culture of care, action, and connection.

“Litter isn’t just ugly—it hurts wildlife, clogs storm drains, and costs Ohioans millions in cleanup costs every year,” said event organizer Marissa Bowers of Emuna Cleaning. “The Trash Dash is a way to tackle that problem head-on, while making it fun and community-driven.”

🎮 Game On: How It Works

Register a team of up to 5, or sign up solo and be matched with new friends.
Each team will be assigned a section of Mansfield and a team leader with a truck, supplies, and a timer.
Clean up as much as you can in one hour. The team with the most bags wins!
Bonus Round: Each area hides a “GEM” — find it and win an extra prize! Clues drop on Emuna Cleaning’s social media, so follow along!
