MANSFIELD — Richland Public Health urges residents to protect themselves and their families against measles by making sure adults and children are up-to-date on measles protection.

There have been no cases of measles reported in the county as of April 1, according to Richland Public Health.

RPH will host measles vaccine clinics at the following locations:   

Thursday, April 3 — Shiloh Medical Center, 10 a.m. to noon

Tuesday, April 8 — Butler Library, 10 a.m. to noon

Friday, April 11 — Lucas Library, 10 a.m. to noon

Wednesday, April 16 — Shiloh Village Hall, 9:30 a.m. to noon

Thursday, April 17 — Lexington Senior Center, 10 a.m. to noon

No appointment is necessary. Bring immunization records, photo ID and insurance cards (if available). Some vaccines are available at no cost for those who qualify. Parents or guardians must accompany minors.
