Looking for a fun way to be more active?
Bingocize is coming to Fredericktown in March! This program is for seniors and combines the game of bingo with fall prevention exercises that can be done seated or standing!
Bingocize will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from Noon-1p at the Fredericktown Library.
There is no cost to participate but class size is limited so sign up early by contacting our public health nurses Natasha (740-392-2200 ext. 2304) or Lisa (740-399-8003)!
