MANSFIELD — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force seeks the public’s help in finding four individuals as part of its “Fugitives of the Week” list.
What was previously known as “Most Wanted” was changed to “Fugitives of the Week” at the request of local authorities.
Reward money is available for information directly leading to an arrest.
Maxwell Davis
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Maxwell Davis.
Davis is wanted U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on the original charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
He is also wanted by the Columbus Police Department for aggravated robbery.
Davis, 23, is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 6-foot-5.
Davis has ties to the cities of Mansfield and Columbus.
Mickey Jones
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Mickey Jones.
Jones is wanted U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated possession of drugs (F3).
Jones, 55, is described as a white male with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5-foot-8.
Jones has ties to the cities of Mansfield, Plymouth, and Willard Ohio.
David Moore
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive David Moore.
Moore is wanted U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for failure to provide change of address (sex offender).
Moore, 61, is described as a white male with black hair and blue eyes, standing 5-foot-7.
Moore has ties to the city of Mansfield.
Durrough Rutherford
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Dourrough Rutherford.
Rutherford is wanted U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for failure to verify current address (sex offender).
Rutherford, 57, is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-foot-9.
Rutherford has ties to the city of Mansfield.
