Hermann Reiter, 84 passed away early afternoon on February 16th 2025 at UH Samaritan in Ashland.
He was born on August 28th 1940 in Mramorak, Yugoslavia to the late, Christian Reiter and Katharina (nee Bohland) Reiter.
His family immigrated to the United States in the early 1950s, and Hermann became a US citizen in 1961.
Hermann worked a few different positions in his life, but he found his love for computers and graphic design. He later went on to open his own business in the field, where he later retired.
One of his favorite hobbies was restoring old photographs to their original glory. His friends would say that Hermann was always very detail oriented, much like a true architect, and enjoyed picking up a new skill.

Hermann is survived by a loving and dear friend, Gloria Sims; numerous nieces/nephews and extended family members.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Karolina Hoffman, Margareta Richter, Joanna Kampf, and Ludwig Reiter.
A Graveside service will be held at the Mansfield Memorial Park Cemetery; 2507 Park Avenue West Rd., Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Mike Weaver presiding.
