It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald “Ron” Royce Ewing, who left us on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the age of 88. Ron was born on June 30, 1936, in Ford Cliff, PA, to late parents, Clyde and Neva (Fraizer) Ewing.

Ron was a proud graduate of Ford City High School, Class of 1954. He spent over four decades dedicating his hard work and craftsmanship to Crane Plumbing, where he retired after 42 years as a respected laborer. Ron was a man of simple pleasures and great love. He took joy in playing bingo and cherished the time spent with his family.

He is survived by his devoted daughter, Deborah (Scott) Hubler, and his sons Ken (Jenny) Ewing and Ed (Julie) Ewing, along with his beloved grandchildren, Josh and Dustin Hubler. Each of them holds memories of laughter, family gatherings, and the warmth of his presence close to their hearts.

A celebration of Ron’s life will take place on January 20, 2025, where family and friends will gather to reflect on the wonderful moments he shared and the legacy he leaves behind. Ron will be laid to rest at Iberia Cemetery in Iberia, at 2:00 PM with immediate family present.
