A devoted husband and loving father, Chad Eggeman passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024 after a courageous battle with prostate cancer. Chad was known for his sense of humor, dedication to family, and most of all his love for the Lord. Chad grew up in Ontario, Ohio, where he developed a passion for adventure and the outdoors. This passion and his love of country led him to join the United States Navy in 1993. Chad served in the U.S. Navy for multiple enlistments until 2007. During this time, God brought many wonderful people into his life that were instrumental in Chad deciding to place his faith in Jesus Christ as his personal savior. Chad felt blessed to have married the love of his life, and have two amazing sons. Chad will be affectionately remembered for his ability to make people laugh.

Chad is survived by his beloved wife, Loralee (Godlevske), their two sons, Drake and Morgan. He will also be affectionately remembered by parents Roger (Lori) Eggeman of Ontatio, Ohio; Harlan (Evelyn) Godlevske of Wisconsin: brothers Rob (Victoria) Eggeman of Galena, Oh; Jason (Lisa) Ensminger of Crestline, Oh; Wayne (Roxanne) Godlevske of Wisconsin; Kevin (Angela) Godlevske of North Dakota; uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 13th at 5:00 PM at Katy Funeral Home, Katy, Tx. Chad will be laid to rest in Houston National Cemetery with full Military Honors following a Celebration of Life service on Tuesday, January 14th.
