Charlotte Marie Risser, 83, of Mansfield passed away on December 26, 2024. Born in Massillon, Ohio on January 25, 1941, she was the daughter of Glen and Geraldine Rowe.
Charlotte loved spending her time crocheting and doing word search puzzles. She enjoyed watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies. She especially loved her animals and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Don (Becky) Rhinehart, Ronn (Cynthia) Honeycutt, Deborah (Bob) Foss, Rick (Vicki) Rhinehart, Dave Rhinehart, and Ginger (Dempsey) Cooper; Grandchildren, Donnie (Natalie), April (Kevin), Andrew, Ari, Allie, Rachel (Ricky), Desiree (Dustin), Dylan, Jeffrey (Catherine), Ian (Sami), Eric (Nicholas) and Joshua (Stormy); twenty-six great-grandchildren; and one great-great child; a sister, Mary Jane Baker and a brother, Robert (Karen) Rowe.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandchildren, Detrice and John Claude; and her sister, Francis Rowe.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 3, 2025 at 2pm with visitation one-hour prior to the service at Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield, 98 S. Diamond Street. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
