Carole Elizabeth Ratliff, age 82 of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024, at Country Meadow Care Center. She was born on August 12, 1942, in Ashland to the late Dan and Mary (Ferrell) Garrison, and she married her beloved husband, John Henry Ratliff, Sr., on August 29, 1958.
Carole enjoyed coloring, doing crossword puzzles, and putting together puzzles. She loved camping with her husband at Eagle Point Campground.
She is survived by her husband John Ratliff, Sr.; her children Mary (Howard) Webber and Randy (Crystal Brinkerhoff) Ratliff; her daughter-in-law Sherri Ratliff; her daughter-in-law Vicki Ratliff; her brother Tom Garrison; 9 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Dan and Mary; her children John Henry Ratliff, Jr., Billy Ratliff, and Georgie Ratliff; 2 brothers; 2 sisters; and 1 grandchild.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services. Services will take place at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Windsor Cemetery.
