Three brothers Robert Wilkins, Roger Wilkins, and Philip Wilkins. Robert has also preceded him in death.
Born in Mansfield Ohio, lifelong resident and loved Mansfield. He visited many other states during his life as well.
Disabled from an early, physically, mentally, and situationally, yet was able to see and experience many things in life. Those who knew him loved and respected him and he will be missed.
Bill enjoyed fixing cars as well as racing. He loved his family and would do what he could to help out.
We ask that you remember Bill in your own way and think of him often.
