MANSFIELD – The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) #3190 will conduct the election of officers and at-large Executive Committee members on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Voting will be facilitated through an electronic platform provided by the National office of the NAACP. Members will receive a link to their email or cell phone, allowing for one secure vote per account.
All voting will be conducted online.
For those needing assistance with voting or access to the Internet, support will be available at the UMADAOP office, located at 400 Bowman St., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the election day.
To be eligible to vote, individuals must be members in good standing for at least 30 days prior to the election.
The election slate includes:
● President: Alomar Davenport
● 1st Vice President: Dennis Baker
● Secretary: Yolanda Allen
● Assistant Secretary: Terry Winnick
● At-Large Candidates: Betty Palmer Harris, Leonard Dillon, Winston Greene, Tiffany Mitchell, Anne Rhodes.
