MANSFIELD — Dr. Truly Moore wants to offer a customized experience to each of her clients.
“It’s 100% about them,” the physical therapist said. “My dream has always been to individualize sessions to what clients need and to empower them through holistic treatment.”

Moore has been a physical therapist for nearly 30 years. She specializes in pelvic floor, chronic pain and spine care.
Now, she will work out of her very own Mansfield clinic on Mondays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesdays. Her office is located at 339 Cline Avenue, in the same building as Dr. Theodore Togliatti’s office.
“I have seen first-hand the difference physical therapy can make in my clients’ quality of life,” she said.
“If a client comes in for their shoulder, but their ankle also hurts, I can work on that too. I treat a good mix of everything.”
Moore accepts payments out-of-pocket or from health savings accounts. Clients also have the option to submit claims to their insurance companies individually.
“A lot of times, insurance referrals limit doctors in what they can do,” Moore said. “So there’s been cases where I’ve only been able to do four corrections for a client, but now, I can treat all of them.”
Moore earned her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 1996 and her doctorate in 2020. She also holds certificates from Evidence in Motion, the Pelvic Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association and the McKenzie Institute.
She is a member of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association, where she has served as the state treasurer, and the American Physical Therapy Association. Her full bio is available online.
Mansfield’s Moore Therapy clinic open Mondays, Wednesdays
Moore said her biggest obstacle to opening her own practice was fear.
“I’ve been all over, I worked in Mansfield, Ashland, Mount Vernon — but all of those places had a steady paycheck and it’s different when you’re on your own,” she said.
A Madison Comprehensive High School graduate, Moore lives in Ontario with her husband Bill.
“My husband has done the social media and the website and all the marketing so I can spend my time treating patients. I don’t know where I would be without him.”
Her Wooster office, which she launched in June, will be open Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Moore Therapy is online at mooretherapyclinics.com and on Facebook. Clients can reach the office at 419-612-7907.
