MANSFIELD — Richland Public Health in collaboration with Avita Health Systems, Cleveland Clinic, OhioHealth, and Third Street Family Health Services will host a FREE Community Health Day on Friday, Oct. 11 at Richland Public Health located at 555 Lexington Ave. in Mansfield.
The event will feature free/low-cost health screenings as well as resources, education, and giveaways from numerous local organizations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The health screenings will be provided by local healthcare experts and include:
- Mammograms
- Flu, pneumonia, RSV, Shingles, and COVID-19 vaccines
- Reduced fee blood screens (from 9:00am-12:00pm only) for PSA, A1C, CBC, Lipid, Vitamin D, and TSH
- HIV testing
- Hepatitis C testing
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
All screenings are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
