Tammy Hall, 53, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle with ALS, the morning of July 8, 2024, in her home in Ashland, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Ashland, Ohio, on March 25, 1971, Tammy was the daughter of Susan (Dull) and the late Robert Bowersock. She graduated from Ashland High school, class of 1989.
Tammy met Bryan Hall in 2009, and in 2016 they married. Together, they built a life centered around love and family. Tammy was a devoted mother to her three children: Derrick, Sierra, and Jackie. Her children were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Tammy also adored her role as a grandmother to her four grandchildren: Qarsten & Qendrix Kocher, and Jackie IV & Lorelai Wolfe. She found immense joy in watching them grow and sharing special moments with each of them.
In early 2023, Tammy was diagnosed with ALS, a diagnosis she faced with incredible strength and grace. Throughout her battle, Tammy remained resilient, finding strength in the love of her family.
Tammy will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Bryan; children, Derrick (Kelly) Bowersock, Sierra (Quintan) Kocher, and Jackie (Morgan) Wolfe III; mother, Susan Bowersock; sister Trisa (Ron) Kopchak; grandchildren; and her extended family and friends.
Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering positivity left an indelible mark on all who knew her. A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held at a future date. Family and friends will be able to gather to honor her memory and share stories of her remarkable life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association in Tammy’s name to support ongoing research and patient care.
Tammy’s spirit and legacy of love will continue to inspire all who were blessed to have known her. May she rest in eternal peace.
