Linda Ratcliff, 62, of Galion passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at her home.
Born March 12, 1962 in Painesville, she was the daughter of Charles Paul and Delores Barbara (Imm) Burket. She married James “Jim” Ratcliff on September 9, 2016 and he preceded her in death.
She was a graduate of Willoughby South High School in 1981 and worked as a nursing assistant.
Linda attended Grace Point Church in Galion and enjoyed crafts, playing card games, music (Kenny Rogers was a big favorite), and going dancing. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren – their sporting events and other activities were a priority for Linda.
She is survived by her sons James Matey, Antonio Burket, and Jermaine Burket, grandchildren Aeneas, August, Penelope, Phoenix, Presley, Phaedra, and Braylon; sisters Darlene, Danelda, Dorothy, Rosie, Tina and Sue, and brother Charlie Burket, Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Nicole Matey; and sister Carla Dodaro.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, July 12, 2024 at Snyder Funeral Home Richardson Davis Chapel, 218 S. Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 with Pastor Paul Walter officiating.
