MANSFIELD — The 2024 People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite New Products in the AI — Other category has been awarded to Startek for its AI-driven solution, Startek Interaction Analytics.
StarTek has a local office at 850 W. Fourth St. with more than 700 employees, according to Family Values magazine.
The solution provides insights from customer interactions and identifies key business insights, which can then be used to improve service quality and increase sales.
This has led to a three-times increase in sales conversion and a 25% improvement in first-call resolution for Startek clients.
The Stevie Awards are presented by the American Business Awards, with more than 12,000 votes cast by the general public to choose their favorite new products and services.
