MANSFIELD — Family Life Counseling hosted an event last week at the Gazebo on the square in Mansfield in recognition of Mental Health Awareness month.
The theme was “Next Generation Mental Health-taking Mental Health Services to where they are needed.
There was a good turnout with people from the community enjoying the free food, playing games, and gathering important information at our resource table.
The event was highlighted with an overview of Family Life Counseling by the Executive Director Dr. Steven Burggraf.
Words of support from community partners were also shared by Mayor Jodie Perry, Judge Michael Kemerer, Chief Probation Officer Angela Lindsay, along with testimonials from several Family Life clients who are succeeding in treatment and benefiting from the services they are receiving from Family Life Counseling.
