WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — It’s official — storage units are coming to Washington Township near the Village of Lexington.

Part of a 15-acre plot, formerly agricultural land, was rezoned for business last year to allow for storage units. The Bricker family sold the land to Dritto Holdings LLC for $250,000, according to the Richland County Auditor’s Office.

Dritto Holdings was registered in Bellville in June 2022.

The storage units will be located at 2670 Lexington Ave. between Yoga 419 and Mohican Kennels.

A “coming soon” sign states the available units will have 24/7 access and will be available to rent online. Call or text 419-751-2223 with questions.

Richland Source has not yet received responses to multiple phone calls and messages asking when the units expect to open and how many units the company will build.
