GALION — Two Galion residents were arrested on Wednesday in connection with a search warrant executed at 533 1/2 Harding Way East.
According to the Galion Police Department, the residents, 41-year-old Lauren Bennett and 37-year-old Michael Shick of Galion, were arrested on drug related charges.
Methamphetamines, other suspected drugs, and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia items were seized during the search.
Bennett and Shick were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center and held on drug charges.
The Galion Police Department will be forwarding the report to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
The Galion Police Department Special Investigations Unit, and members of Metrich Task Force executed the search warrant after an extensive drug trafficking investigation at that residence.
