UPDATE: At 1:43 p.m. on May 23, the U.S. Marshals Service announced that Richard Kiser has been captured in Tennessee.
MANSFIELD — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in tracking four men, all with Mansfield ties, in the Fugitives of the Week list as compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
What was previously known as Most Wanted has been changed to Fugitives of the Week, at the request of local authorities.
Chad Henthorn, 48, is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is sought by the U.S Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and third-degree felony tampering with evidence. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield, Greenwich, Shelby areas.
Richard Kiser, 56, is 5-foot-7, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for failure to provide change of address as sex offender. He has ties to the Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
Derrick Taylor, 45, is 6-foot-2, 245 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for felonious assault. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Seth Gardner, 43, is 6-foot, 185 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on the original charge of first-degree felony robbery. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area and Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Reward money is available for information directly leading to an arrest.
