MANSFIELD: Linda Marie Andrews, age 75, passed away on May 10, 2023 surrounded by her family.
She was born on June 30, 1947 and was raised by parents Kenneth H. & Regina Bayne in Washington, DC. Linda attended and graduated from Richard Montgomery High School.
On November 11, 1967, she married Stanley L. Andrews and they shared 45 wonderful years of marriage until he passed away in 2012. Now they are together again.
Later in life she returned to school to earn her LPN and RN through North Central College. After obtaining her nursing licenses, Linda worked in various positions including the Area Agency on Aging where she served as a case manager until her retirement.
In her spare time, she took pleasure in travelling, gardening, and doing puzzles. She loved her three sons dearly and looked forward the time she spent with them and their families.
She is survived by her sons Michael D. (Alyssa Miller) Andrews of Mansfield, Ohio, Stephen E. (Julie) Andrews of Medina, Ohio, and David A. Andrews of Shelby, Ohio, grandchildren Micah Andrews, Kat Andrews, Megan (Skylar) Peters, Mika Littleton, and Axel James, sister Barbara (Bob) Brock of Annapolis, Maryland, brother Ricky Fulton, and lifelong friend Heather Gossard of Clear Spring, Maryland.
In addition to her loving husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
The Andrews family will receive friends on Saturday May 13, 2023 from noon to 1 pm in the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where a funeral service honoring Linda’s life will begin immediately at 1 pm.
