Christopher Grady Perkins, Sr., age 39, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away on March 6, 2023 at a OhioHealth Hospital in Mansfield following a short illness. On September 27, 1983 he was born in Anchorage Alaska. He had worked for a long time as a cook, and will always be remembered for his sense of humor. His proudest achievements were his children.
He is survived by his fiancé, Rhonda Branham; three sons, Christopher Perkins Jr., Patrick Perkins, and Aspen Holbrook; stepdaughter, Brittany Cottrell; stepson, Kyler Cottrell; two granddaughters, Serenity Cottrell and Sorriah McDonald; mother, Kathy Perkins; father, Grady (Carol) Perkins; his brother, Keith (Amanda) Williams; sister, Christy Agoff and several aunts and uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty and Bob Lauer and E.F. Perkins and Georgia Greer; cousin, Stacey, and his aunt Judy Foreman.
A memorial service will be held on Friday March 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Ohio Cremation & Memorial Society, 9 Chambers Rd., Mansfield, Ohio. Family and friends may call from 2:00-3:00 PM.
