MANSFIELD — Richland Soil & Water Conservation District is seeking proposals for logjam and debris removal east of State Route 13 on the Black Fork River. Funding for the project was provided by a grant from the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
Details for the project can be found in the Request for Proposal (RFP) found on the Richland County website at https://richlandcountyoh.gov/bids.
The description of the proposal and all specifications are included in the RFP document. Interested parties must submit a complete, sealed proposal following the procedure outlined in the RFP no later than Friday February 15, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. to the Richland Soil & Water Conservation District 1495 West Longview Suite 205 B Mansfield, Ohio 44906.
