Richard R. Fowler died at home on AugustĀ 13, 2022 after a long life. He was 94 years of age. Richard was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 30th, 1928 to parents Richard R. Fowler, Sr. and Agnes B. Fowler. Before he was ready for college Richard had lived in six cities, including Pittsburgh, PA and Cincinnati, OH.Ā Richard graduated from Devilbiss High School in Toledo, Ohio in 1946.Ā
