PLYMOUTH — Plymouth earned a second straight Firelands Conference boys basketball victory over Mapleton in three days, dumping the Mounties 56-54 on Thursday night.
Both games were tight. On Tuesday night at Mapleton, the Big Red earned a 56-53 win.
This time, Layne Bushey topped Plymouth with 17 points. Zeth Goth chipped in 16 points and Clayton Miller posted 10.
The Big Red will take a 7-12 record to Lucas on Saturday.
Mapleton is now 9-9, 4-6, and plays at Norwalk St. Paul on Monday.
