CLEVELAND — A wind advisory has been issued for portions of northern Ohio, including Richland, Ashland and Crawford counties, as well asĀ northwest Pennsylvania.
What to expect:
Wind gusts up to 50 mph are expected in the advisory overnight tonight through early evening on Thursday. These gusty winds will occur ahead of and with a strong cold front.
The front will sweep eastward through our region Thursday afternoon and early evening as a strengthening low pressure system moves northeastward from near Lake Superior to near James Bay in Canada.
Weaker gusts up to about 35 to 45 mph are expected elsewhere in northern Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.
