NANKIN — Crestview completed its Firelands Conference championship season with a 27-0 win at Mapleton on Friday night.

The Cougars jumped on top 20-0 in the first quarter and maintained that same advantage into halftime and through the third period.

Crestview closed the scoring with another touchdown in the fourth quarter.

The Cougars completed a 10-0 regular season and will host a playoff game next week in Olivesburg. A win in the postseason opener would most likely lead to another home game in Week 2 of the playoffs for Crestview.

The Cougars clinched a Firelands Conference share last week by beating Norwalk St. Paul.
