BUCYRUS – FCBank has opened its long-awaited Financial SMART Center, an advanced community-centric banking space.

Located at 105 Washington Square in Bucyrus, the SMART Center offers state-of-the-art features to make financial transactions and information gathering easier for bank clients.

“The continued mission for growth and well-being of our customers and the surrounding community is at the core of all we do,” said Jenny Saunders, FCBank president.  “As we welcome customers into this updated space designed to reflect the community, we will continue to provide updated solutions and convenience to our clients.

“FCBank aims to make banking easy and enjoyable for our neighbors and this space makes it possible.”

A major feature offered at the SMART Center is the Enhanced Teller Machine (ETM), which provides customers with the convenience of talking with a banker via interactive video about their accounts before, during and after traditional banking hours. They can access the ETM through the drive-up lanes to make deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, transfer funds and check account balances.

Other key amenities of the SMART Center include the community room, conference room and huddle rooms for community meetings. The office also offers modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and Internet kiosks, a coffee station, digital displays, wireless transaction areas and cash dispensers, self-service coin counter, and after-hours convenience boxes.
