MANSFIELD – Mechanics Bank announces the retirement of Debbi Adams, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, following 45 years of dedicated leadership.

The Board of Directors of Mechanics Bank has named Jason Painley, current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as Executive Vice President.
Nicholas Gesouras, Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer, is promoted to the position of Corporate Secretary.
Mechanics Bank is Richland County’s only independent, community bank with nine locations in Richland County.
