MANSFIELD — Four fugitives with Mansfield-area ties, one a woman, are on this week’s list of Most Wanted as compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitives Task Force in the Richland County Division.

Emily Worley, 31, is 5-foot-7, 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is sought for a bond revocation on an aggravated possession of drugs charge. Authorities say she has ties to the Mansfield area.

Michael Phillips, 31, is 6-foot, 238 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Phillips is wanted for aggravated possession of drugs. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area. (EDITOR’S NOTE: Michael Phillips was reported in custody on March 22)

Everette Rucker Jr., 26, is 6-foot-2,  210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Rucker is sought for failure to appear at a change of plea on a weapons under disability charge. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Brandon Kennard, 40, is 6-foot, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a parole violation for assault. Officials say Kennard has ties to the Mansfield and Columbus areas.
