Liberty Pool is located on Grace Street in Mansfield.

MANSFIELD — The City of Mansfield Parks and Recreation Department announced Friday morning that Liberty Pool will open on Monday, June 1 at noon.

The pool’s hours will be from noon to 6 p.m. seven days per week (weather permitting). The price remains the same as last summer, with adults charged $2, ages 4 to 14 will be $1 and 3 under are free.

Due to COVID-19 there will be other guideline to follow that are different from any other year. Liberty Pool will be able to accommodate up to 28 groups of people at a time.

There will be 28 separate sections around the pool that can accommodate up to 10 people each section. Inside the swimming pool will be marked off for social distancing as well and all lifeguards on duty are to adhere to all social distancing guidelines and rules.
