We couldn’t start to imagine how the 2020 graduates were dealing with not having a spring senior year with all activities cancelled. We decided to give a senior a session at no charge. She was so appreciative of all the kindness from the community and surrounding area.

Roberts’ son enjoys social distancing in nature. Roberts reflected, “How sad is it that we need a global pandemic to force us to slow down, enjoy our family and visit local parks?” -
I am a teacher at St. Peter’s Montessori and when I heard that by putting bears in your window you could make children feel better about the total loss of routine and loss of school, I put 3 in different windows with the prayer for “connection” in the new separated place we find ourselves in. We are all still connected… in our choices, in our care for each other and in our prayers.

The bear hunt trend began on social media, with residents putting teddy bears in their windows so local children could walk around their neighborhoods and go on a “bear hunt.”

“The cars were built by myself and a friend of mine. One is mine one is his. We had some help from my son who is 14.
We had planned to race this summer but not to sure that will happen. I have been racing for about 15 years — started on asphalt locally here in Mansfield then about three years ago my buddy and I decided to give dirt a try.
We are just gonna keep building and taking our time till we can all go racing with friends and family there to watch.”

“I started taking photos last summer. I decided to start taking photos because it gave me the chance to be outside and give me something to do.
Some of the photos show feelings. The darker ones show the dark times we are going through while the brighter ones show hope. I most enjoyed getting to work on my photography and finding beauty in dark times.”
