MANSFIELD — The snow has stopped across north central Ohio after dumping three to four inches in some places and making travel difficult Monday night and into Tuesday morning.

But now here comes the cold. Bitter cold. Polar bear cold.

Temperatures, which normally range in the 30s/40s during November in Ohio, are about to dip sharply.  As the cloud cover slowly recedes, temperatures around north central Ohio are expected to drop into single digits tonight.

With a west wind of 7 to miles per hour, wind chill values may drop below zero.

The good news is that the National Weather Service office in Cleveland expects temps to rebound quickly, beginning on Wednesday, with partly sunny skies and a high near 28.

Highs each of the next few days will be in the mid to high 30s, climbing back into the 40s by the weekend with no additional precipitation in the forecast.
