MADISON TOWNSHIP — A Dollar General store at 2257 Park Ave. East has been sold for $1,254,966, according to recent property transfers filed with the Richland County Auditor’s Office.
The 9,026-square foot building, completed in January, was sold by Mansfield (Park Ave.) DG, LLC, to ExchangeRight Net Leaded Portfolio 27 DST, according to the property transfer.
The store, which sits on 1.11 acres, is one of 900 stores Dollar General plans to open nationwide in 2019, according to sales information. Dollar General has more than 15,000 locations around the country.
