BUCYRUS — The Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office released the names of 30 invidious who were indicted by an April Grand Jury.
William W. Butler has been indicted on two rape charges, both first-degree felonies. His bail is set at $1 million.
Jose M. Cardona was inducted with a third-degree felony, tampering with evidence. His bail is set at $1 million.
Cristian M. Matos-Rosado had his bond set $1 million for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
Susan E. Wells is indicated on aggravated arson, a first-degree felony and four counts of intimidation, all third-degree felonies. Her bail is set at $200,000.
Matthew R. Clinard has been indicted for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor and marijuana drug paraphernalia, a minor misdemeanor. His bail is set at $150,000.
Ashley R. Lewis is indicted with endangering children, a third-degree felony and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor.
Robert C. Byrne Jr. is indicted is indicted with having a weapons under disability, a third-degree felony, burglary, a second-degree felony, two counts of theft, both third-degree felony and breaking and entering, a fifth degree felony. His bail is set at $100,000.
Amber N. Clinard is indicted on charges of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony and burglary, a second-degree felony. Her bail is set at $100,000.
Michael R. Sturtz is indicted for charges of burglary, a second-degree felony, theft, a third-degree felony and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. Sturtz’s bail is set at $100,000.
Johnathan L. Solis is indicted on burglary, a second-degree felony and 27 counts of theft, all third-degree felonies. His bail is set at $100,000.
Leeann C. Dalton is indicted with burglary, a second-degree felony. Dalton’s bail is set at $100,000.
Robert Kekler is indicted with two counts of OVI influence of drugs or alcohol with specification, a third-degree felony. His bail is set at $75,000.
Dustin L. Javens is indicted with three separate counts. The first count is for domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. Count two is for assault, a first-degree misdemeanor. Count three is for resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor. His bail is set at $75,000.
Craig A. Bevans is indicted on charges of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Bevans’ bail is set at $75,000.
James E. Shope is indicted with domestic violence, a third-degree felony. His bail is set at $50,000.
Robert Bowerock is indicted with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. His bail is set at $50,000.
Noah D. Jenkins is indicted with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. His bail is set at $50,000.
Wayne Baxter is indicted with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony and possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor. His bail is set at $50,000.
Paulette Clay is indicted on charges of harassment with bodily substance, a fifth-degree felony. Paulette’s bail is set at $50,000.
Anthony Baker is indicted with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony and drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor. His bail is set at $50,000.
Lisa Grochowalski is indicted with criminal non-support, a fifth-degree felony. Her bail is set at $50,000.
Kimberly Hough is indicted with three counts. The first count is for possession of drugs, heroin, a fifth-degree felony. The second count for a possession drug abuse instrument charge, a second-degree misdemeanor. The third count is for drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Her bond is set at $50,000.
Kasey M. Keenan is indicted on possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Bond is set at $25,000.
Steven J. Moneysmith is indicted on a domestic violence charge, a fourth-degree felony. Bail is set at $25,000.
Brandon Lee Saum is indicted with identify fraud, a fifth-degree felony. His bail is set at $25,000.
Dan E. Howell is indicted with obstructing justice, a fifth degree felony. He was given public recognizance.
Wole E. Ayebusi is indicted on charges of tampering with identifying numbers, a fifth-degree felony. He was given public recognizance.
Robin Hale is facing three counts. The first count is for possession of drugs, cocaine, a fifth degree felony. The second count Hale is facing is possession of drugs, methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony. Count three is for drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Hale was given public recognizance.
Robin Hoover is indicted with an assault charge, a fifth-degree felony. Hoover was given public recognizance.
