MANSFIELD — A Richland County Grand Jury indicted 78 individuals for charges presented by the Richland County Prosecutor’s office in its latest session.
Indictments varied from murder, drug and alcohol-related charges to domestic violence and rape.
1. Jeremiah James Craft, 46, possession of cocaine.
2. John R. Garman, 44, possession of dangerous ordnance.
3. Joshua Iylan Hoffman, 19, identity fraud.
4. Shawna Scyphers, 22, possession of heroin.
5. Nicole M. Shoenfelt, 34, obstructing justice (three counts).
6. Camo Bishop, 34, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (two counts).
7. Romar Malik Lowry, 43, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, telecommunications fraud, theft, misuse of credit cards (two counts), forgery.
8. Jarvis Fountain, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle (three counts), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (two counts).
9. Glendon Roy Mount Jr., 30, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility.
10. John M. Sylvia, 56, felonious assault, domestic violence.
11. Bryant Keith Cobb, 45, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, attempted tampering with evidence, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, obstructing official business.
