MANSFIELD — A Mansfield man was stabbed numerous times late Saturday night at his home and police were searching for a suspect overnight.
Police were called to the Gatewood Drive residence of Keith Cline at 11:15 p.m. on the report of an injured person, according to a press release. When police arrived, they found the victim had severe injuries, including numerous stab wounds.
Gatewood Drive connects Briarwood and Larchwood roads and is just south of West Cook Road.
Cline was transported to Ohio Health Mansfield and a condition report was not immediately available.
Police are searching for a suspect in what they labeled as a case of aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
