BUCYRUS — Bucyrus Police are seeking the driver involved in a hit-skip accident on North Sandusky Avenue on Tuesday afternoon, according to a report filed by the department.
Police say that at 12:26 p.m. officers responded to a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in the 1400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. Officers ascertained it was a hit-skip incident. The pedestrian was transported to Bucyrus Hospital for treatment.
Bucyrus Police are looking for an older black jeep that did not have a top on it, with three occupants. Anyone with information on this incident should call 419-562-1006.

7:56 a.m. A resident in the 1400 block of S. Sandusky Avenue reported his vehicle stolen overnight. The vehicle was later located in Upper Sandusky.
8:28 a.m. A false alarm in the 1000 block of Lavina Avenue was investigated.
10:01 a.m. Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle at Crossroads Industrial Park.
10:35 a.m. The owner of a property in the 400 block of Martin Avenue reported vandalism to the rental property.
1:26 p.m. Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 700 block of S. Sandusky Avenue.
1:58 p.m. Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 100 block of S. Lane Street.
2:36 p.m. An accident in the area of Hopley and Prospect Street was investigated.
3:08 p.m. A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
3:23 p.m. A disturbance between neighbors in the 200 block of Songer Avenue was a dispute about custody of a dog.
3:35 p.m. A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Heritage Circle was mediated.
3:56 p.m. Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 200 block of Songer Avenue. The dog was returned.
4:04 p.m. Officers were requested to assist Crawford County deputies investigating a hit-skip accident on SR 98.
4:14 p.m. A junk vehicle notice was served in the 500 block of S. Spring Street.
5:18 p.m. Officers notified the City Street Department about a catch basin caving in in the area of W. Irving and Willard Street.
5:46 p.m. Kayla St.Clair, 27, was arrested in the 500 block of N. Lane St. on a warrant out of Marion County. She was transported to the county line and released to Marion County deputies.
6:05 p.m. Officers checked on a vehicle having issues in the 1100 block of W. Mansfield Street.
6:07 p.m. Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 100 block of Schell Avenue.
6:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of High St. for a domestic violence complaint. The male involved had left the residence. Joseph Lawhun, 31, was located nearby and arrested on a charge of Domestic Violence and three warrants out of Crawford County. He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
8:04 p.m. Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint on Nauman Ave. Thomas Howard II, 45, was arrested on a charge of Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
8:40 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of S. Walnut Street reported his vehicle damaged by someone driving through the area.
8:53 p.m. A Bucyrus resident reported losing her purse somewhere in town.
8:57 p.m. A report of a dog loose in the area of Woodlawn and Russell Avenue was investigated.
11:40 p.m. Officers made a welfare check on a subject at Woodbine Apartments who was making threats. Dawn Bader, 48, was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. She was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
11:45 p.m. A domestic disturbance in the area of E. Warren Street was investigated. A male and a female were arguing by the railroad tracks where the woman had exited a vehicle and was walking.
