MANSFIELD — A building that houses a Lexington Avenue auto service center was recently sold for $200,000, according to property transfers filed with the Richland County Auditor’s Office.
The property at 801 Lexington Ave. was sold by C. David and Lanna Schieber to Aurora Properties of Ohio, LLC.
The site had been home to Schieber’s Auto & Tire since 1983. The property is now operated as Van’s Auto Service & Tire Pros, a company that also has locations in Wadsworth, Iberia and North Ridgeville.
