GALION — Sean A. Longstreth, of Longstreth Memorials in Galion, was recently re-elected as District 5 Trustee for the Monument Builders of North America.
Longstreth represented Ohio, Michigan, Mexico, and countries outside of North America during a Feb. 8 event at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Monument Builders of North America is governed by a Board of Trustees representing 10 district. Trustee positions for even-numbered districts are up for election in even-numbered years and odd-numbered districts are up for election in odd-numbered years.
Longstreth was joined by Michael N. Johns, of Johns-Carabelli Company in Cleveland, as president; Ken Reeson, of Summit Memorials in Edmonton, as president-elect; Bobby Mattos of Hayward, California, as past president; Joseph Timms, of Conway, South Carolina, as vice president; and Matt Worthington, of Burleson, Texas, as vice president.
Other district trustees elected included Kathleen Candler Robinson, of Belleville, Ontario; D. George Chicora, of Washington, Pennsylvania; Katherine Gast-Crook, of Chicago; and Steve Gilligan, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
MBNA is the largest trade association for firms and individuals in the U.S. and Canada engaged in the retail sale of monuments.
