MANSFIELD — Four fugitives are among this week’s Most Wanted in north central Ohio, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Paul Prosser III, 32, is 6-foot, 225 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is sought for possession of drugs. Officials say he has ties to the Crestline and Galion areas.
David Kegley, 42, is 6-foot, 200 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. He is sought for aggravated possession of drugs. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield and Crestline areas
Kyle Shields, 26, is 5-foot-7, 135 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for aggravated possession of drugs. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield and Lexington areas.
Hillary Brooks, 26, is 5-foot, 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She is sought for aggravated burglary. Authorities say she has ties to the Mansfield area.
