MANSFIELD — The Richland County Dementia Capable Coalition is asking for caretakers to fill out a survey to help them shape their focuses for next year.

“I’m super excited to see where this goes. It’s a simple survey that takes about a minute and a half to complete,” said Annabelle Wranski of the Alzheimer’s Association. “We can guess from what we see, but we want to ask the caregivers of the loved one.

“We are literally making all of our goals based off this survey so each voice will be heard.”

The survey can be completed by clicking here. The survey will be removed from the site in mid-December.

“It has different questions on it, and each question pertains to different committees we have in the coalition,” Wranksi said. “An estimated 2,525 individuals suffer with dementia in Richland County, so we are trying to cover every aspect that an individual may struggle with when given the diagnosis of dementia.”
