MANSFIELD — A man was arrested on charges of child pornography Tuesday, according to the Mansfield Police Department.
“Yesterday we executed a federal search warrant on Terry D. Gutshall after a three-month investigation where we found images and videos of child pornography shared from his IP address,” Ryan Anschutz, a Mansfield Police officer assigned to the FBI’s Child Exploitation Taskforce said.
Gutshall, 41, had his initial federal appearance in court Wednesday and has a detention preliminary hearing Wednesday Nov. 7 in Cleveland.
Gutshall has been charged with child pornography.
The MPD and United States Attorney’s Office assisted with the process.
