MANSFIELD — Richland Academy of the Arts Board of Directors recently elected officers for FY 2019; Don Hoover – president, Brian Hamilton – vice president, Chris Hiner – secretary and Jim Henry – treasurer. New members elected are Jessica Dulle and Jessica Hiser.

Jessica Dulle of Ontario is currently Business Development & Commercial Relationship Manager at Richland Bank in Mansfield since 2017 where she negotiates commercial loans for both public and private entities. Dulle also coordinates efforts between bank customers, accountants, insurance companies, the bank and other businesses and manages commercial loan portfolios for bank customers.

Dulle has worked in business development and non-profit Administration for 14 years in the states of New York, Missouri, Texas, Illinois, Florida and at the Mansfield Renaissance Theatre as Director of Development. She is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a B.A. in Theatre- Film and a Broadcasting Minor and earned her M.B.A. in General Management is from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Dulle’s local volunteerism includes the Mansfield Kiwanis Club- President, Richland County Leadership Unlimited of 2016, and Osborne Messe Non-Profit Class of 2015.

Jessica Hiser is currently the Creative Communication director for Spherion Mid Ohio in Mansfield and has worked for over 10 years in the marketing world. She lives in Mansfield with her husband and 3-year-old daughter. Hiser is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Public Relations and double emphasis in Mass Communication and Business Organization.

Outside the office, Jessica is an active board member for Richland Young Professionals, CACY and a “Big” through Mid-Ohio Mentoring. She is on the SPARC Talent Development Committee, an advisor for the Precision Machine class at Pioneer, co-instructs the first segment of YEA, serves as a Chamber Ambassador, Richland County Leadership Unlimited graduate and co-chairs the Spherion 13er Marathon and 5K Run.
