MANSFIELD — Four fugitives are among this week’s Most Wanted in north central Ohio, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Cornelius Phillips, 22, is 5-foot-9, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he is wanted for escape. Phillips has ties to Mansfield, Alabama and Georgia.
Dasia Crutcher, 23, is 4-foot-6, 105 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Officials say Crutcher is wanted for complicity to escape. She has ties to the Mansfield and Alabama areas.
Michael Utz, 63, is 5-foot-11, 200 pounds with red hair and green eyes. Authorities say Utz is wanted for improper handling firearm in motor vehicle. He has ties to Shelby.
Stevie Conley, 33, is 5-foot-11, 160 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. Officials say Conley is wanted on a parole violation on an escape charge. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
