ASHLAND — An Ashland man was arrested and drugs were seized after a Friday morning raid by numerous Ashland law enforcement agencies, according to a press release from the Ashland Police Department.
Mark R. Whited, 35, of Ashland, was arrested after a search warrant was executed at 1520 Orange Road, Lot 110, at approximately 6 a.m.
Police seized suspected powder cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, THC dabs, drug paraphernalia, and evidence of drug trafficking during the search, Lt. Garry Alting noted.
Authorities stated the investigation was initiated in part by complaints from the community of suspected drug trafficking at that location. Residents are encouraged to call 419-52CRIME or email www.metrich.com information regarding suspected drug activity.
