ASHLAND — The Ashland University women’s basketball team, which will play for the NCAA Division II Championship tonight against Central Missouri at 8 p.m., is expected to be back on the Ashland University campus on Saturday around 6 p.m.
The public is invited to attend this informal Welcome Home gathering outside of Kates Gymnasium when the team returns to campus.
The Eagles have a 73-game winning streak, longest in Division II history, and are gunning for their second straight national title in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
