ASHLAND — An Ashland man has been arrested on eight criminal charges in connection with a series of stalking cases, according to Ashland Police Lt. Garry Alting.
Scott Fulk, 47, was arrested on seven counts of menacing by stalking and one count of possession of criminal tools, Alting said. All charges are first-degree misdemeanors.
Ashland Police executed a search warrant on Friday, March 16 at Fulk’s Virginia Avenue home as part of an ongoing investigation. Authorities said they received complaints from multiple female victims in recent years that Fulk allegedly engaged in a pattern of anonymously sending unwanted cards, letters and packages to them.
Police reported finding evidence linking Fulk to the letters inside the home. He was arrested and transported to the Ashland County Jail.
