BUCYRUS – A first-degree felony charge of kidnapping earned a $1 million bond during the March session of the Crawford County Grand Jury, authorities said Wednesday.
Jeremy L. Lewis was arraigned on one count of first-degree felony kidnapping, four counts of second-degree felony felonious assault, one count of second-degree felony burglary, one count of fourth-degree felony domestic violence, and one count of fourth-degree felony disrupting public services.
Lewis’ bond is set at $1 million, the highest in this month’s round of arraignments released by Prosecutor Matthew Crall.
In addition, the following people were arraigned during the March session of the Crawford County Grand Jury:
• Seth Shire, two counts fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, one count second-degree misdemeanor possessing drug-abuse instruments.
• Joey Horton, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony permitting drug abuse, second-degree felony possession of chemicals used to manufacture controlled substance.
• Michael Shaw, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony permitting drug abuse, second-degree felony possession of chemicals used to manufacture controlled substance.
• Jeremy Taylor-Clark, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.
• Alan Glosser, fourth-degree felony unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
• Matthew Rhodes, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.
• Shaun Rice, third-degree felony domestic violence.
• Danielle Elchert, third-degree felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Dakota Lawrence, fifth-degree felony insurance fraud.
