MANSFIELD — Four men are sought on this week’s Most Wanted list, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Dustin Starcher, 25, is 6-foot-2, 230 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for possession of heroin. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield and Ashland areas.
Carl Vasquez Jr., 38, is 5-foot-8, 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a parole violation on a breaking and entering charge. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Steven Cole, 32, is 5-foot-8, 176 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for possession of cocaine. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield, Shelby and Shiloh areas.
Mack Edwards Jr., 36, is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for failure to provide change of address as a sex offender. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
